Information

The Solar Technology Working Group at TH Rosenheim operates a network of currently four weather stations with high-precision, partly redundant sensors in the Rosenheim and Traunstein districts. Data is recorded every second and stored in a database. The detailed measurement data serve both fundamental research in the field of solar and energy meteorology as well as nowcasting and forecasting, and the monitoring of renewable energy generation systems in the energy and building sector.
